What you'll do

We sail to Nisyros from Kardamena port on our boat, the Captain Dimitris or Captain Antonis. Nisyros is one of the smallest islands of the Dodecanese, and the crossing takes about 1 hour.

Despite its size, Nisyros is rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage. Arriving in Mandraki Harbour, you will be taken by our coach, climbing 2000ft to the highest point of the island where you can experience the incredible panoramic views. You can, if you wish, descend into the volcanic crater where you can still feel the volcano move under your feet and see the sulphur springs bubbling. It is a truly amazing experience. Our coach takes 25 minutes to return to Mandraki. Here you can climb the 200 steps to the hillside monastery of Panagia Spilliani or just relax and explore the town of Mandraki and enjoy its unique atmosphere before you leave on your return journey to Kardamena.
